[FYI] Fix drag and drop behaviour (S5079469)

Hi,

The attached patch fixes drag and drop behaviour when dragging a file 
list between JVMs. Backported from OpenJDK. Also makes the 
java/awt/dnd/FileListBetweenJVMsTest/ test pass.
