Proposed IcedTea 6 release

I've been talking with Ed Nevill and others, and it looks like the ARM
bytecode interpreter patch isn't going to be ready in time for this
release.  So, we might as well cut the release branch now: there wasn't
anything else we were waiting for, IIRC.

This time I'd like to do the release myself, if no-one has any objections.
This is mostly for my own education, but also because we should spread
the load between maintainers.

So, I think this is a good time to cut the branch.  Is that OK with
everyone?
