[PATCH 0 of 1] Fix regression in AccessControlContext (Sun bug 6648816)

The patch in the accompanying email ([PATCH 1 of 1]) backports a
regression fix from OpenJDK7 to the 1.5 branch of IcedTea6.  The fix
adds a check to AccessControlContext to prevent a NullPointerException
being thrown when -Djava.security.debug=failure.  See:
