Yeah, I saw the little dialogue on the bug report... :)

Thanks for approving.  Duly pushed to the 1.5 release branch (no link
as no mail for the release branches it seems...)

It's on its way to JDK6 too with any luck, so will get in HEAD that
way: http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/jdk6-dev/2009-August/000689.html
