OpenJDK7 just gained native ECC support:

>From reading the changeset it seems they import the Mozilla NSS code.  So we
may actually need to patch this back out in IcedTea... sigh.

Jon, for 6 I think we would need to patch java.security to include that
provider if NSS is available.
