For the record, the updated patch isn't fully correct. Andrew Hughes noted it
mixes the property names up, sun.zoneinfo.dir versus user.zoneinfo.dir. The
history behind that is explained in the reference given in comment #10 by
Keith. Will update and retest (if given a replicator) the patch soon.
