icedtea push commit changeset messages

Hi Tim,

I changed the icedtea hg push commit changeset messages so they clearly
come from the icedtea user that does the pushing (and then the message
has the actual author of each commit in the body). This helps showing
who wrote the patch versus who applied the patch to a particular repo.

But this causes all these messages to be held for moderation on
distro-pkg-dev. Would it be possible to whitelist these messages? They
will always come from <user>@icedtea.classpath.org and will have a
X-hg-notification: header.

Thanks,

Mark
