RFC: Change name of default HotSpot to 'default'

What hg branch/tree/forest is HS14 on?

It seems you committed it wrongly since now the patches are under
patches/hotspot/default/14.0b08 instead as under patches/hotspot/default
as the ChangeLog says. I fixed it up as follows:

	* patches/hotspot/default/14.0b08/*: Moved to ...
	patches/hotspot/default/*.
