I'm not sure you'll find anybody home in the quality group. :-(  And I 
don't have any idea if anybody at this time can be considered the 
quality group leader.

When I was at Sun I wanted to do something like this proposal.  Having a 
mailing list archive is a bare minimum.  I had thought it would be 
better to set up file/data storage somewhere.
