I'm the maintainer for ArchLinux. I'm always glad to see announced
release tarballs I usually can trust.

We are a rolling release distribution and have the policy to always
ship the latest upstream release in hope it's the best you can get. So
if there are security fixes or major bug fixes please don't hold them
back. I'd be glad to see such thing released in minor releases.
