In general, I encourage everyone to use the jtreg tests as the
most valuable tests to run, in practice.  Not just that they are
open source and can be improved by the community,
but they have historically been the tests most likely to find bugs.

TCK tests are valuable for branding and consistency across
Java implementations, but the fact that all of these tests must
be black-box, and the rigid way the suite is designed means that
there is relatively little testing accomplished per line of test code
or per CPU second of testing.

The biggest problem with the jtreg tests is that AFAIK some of them
have not yet been made available,
pending engineering/legal copyright cleansing.
