That is correct.  At the moment tl is hitting the even numbered builds.

If tl integrated every week, not only would it completely take over my 
life as gatekeeper, it would put extra demands on the test teams.  We 
build and test every night, but PIT (Pre Integration Testing) calls for 
extra effort from many people.

Also, as you see on the schedule, there are not very many open slots 
during business days.  If every team tried to integrate every week, we 
would be stepping all over each other.
