[BUG] icedTea and NO_PROXY settings.

Hello list,

the recent icedtea versions evaluates proxy settings like:

export HTTP_PROXY="http://squid.mydomain:1234/"

But somehow it ignores the NO_PROXY settings in the system!

export NO_PROXY="some.other.domain"

As a result I can select:

- edit "net.properties" to browse the applets on the internet
- edit it again to use the ones behind the proxy.

:(
I think this is a bug.

How can I fix this?
