RFC: Netx - Add JNLP 1.5 and 6.0 as supported versions

Hi,

This patch tells Netx to continue with JNLP 1.5 and 6.0 files instead of 
exiting with the error "Spec version not supported".

At this point, Netx doesnt actually support every JNLP 1.5 and 6.0 
feature, but it supports (or should support very shortly) most of the 
new API. This means that JNLP 1.5 and 6.0 applications _should_ work. 
Some features such as desktop integration (icons, menu entry) and 
managing the cache are missing, but they dont affect application behaviour.
