Thanks for keeping me on my toes.  Seems I was a bit hasty, and too trusting of
the relevance of the Sun bug to the issues in this bug.  I do not see the
expected changes in the THIRD_PARTY_README.  The Sun bug previously mentioned
had to do with inappropriate PROPRIETARY copyright notices remaining in a
couple of hotspot files (which have indeed been replaced with GPL boilerplate
in current versions), but had nothing to do with the issues mentioned here.
IANAL, so will leave the fixing of copyright notices in the THIRD_PARTY_README
to more capable hands.
