Setting up the OpenJDK IcedTea Project

Okay, I'll just create a jdk7 forest for now.  I'll create it as a clone
of the current 7 master forest, unless you want something else.

Okay, I'll create icedtea-changes for this purpose.

Once that's done then I'll announce the creation of the Project.
