This sounds like: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=492018
Which was resolved by upgrading libX11 and imsettings.

Please reopen this bug if that doesn't fix your problem.

After a bug is created you can attach files. Just go to the bug and click on
"Create a New Attachment".
