Please add support for JSR-200 to the applet viewer and web start.

Currently support is there for the pack200 and unpack200 command line programs,
and rt.jar contains java.util.jar.Pack200. However neither appletviewer nor
webstart (javaws) support Pack200 encoded jars.

These can offer substantial bandwidth savings. Last project I used Pack200 on
it reduced the size of the download by 75%.
