Other than CACAO, I'm pretty much good to go.  I have a changeset in
progress which will fix some issues found during makedistcheck and
which renames --enable-liveconnect to --enable-plugin as you
suggested.  After that, it's just an update to NEWS, etc.  It should
be possible to do that in what remains of today, and then let people
test a branch over the weekend.
