Change to use generic libjpeg.so in order to reproduce issue.

This patch removes the hardcoding to .62 version of libjpeg.  If libjpeg.so is
(or links to) a .7 version of the library, and a java program attempts to read
a .jpeg file, the issue reported is reproduced.  I am also about to post a
simple test case.
