Seeing these bug IDs makes me wonder why we don't have a 'target
milestone' field enabled in our Bugzilla as there is in GCC's (e.g.
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=39408)

We could then easily find all the bugs fixed for a release.
