Hi all,

There's some code floating around the HotSpot mailing lists to fix
http://icedtea.classpath.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=323.  If pushed
it will appear as "6939182: Zero JNI handles fix".  It's important
that this commit doesn't end up in IcedTea until Shark is updated to
match it.
