--with-openjdk bootstrap

After toying with this for about 5 minutes, I'm not going to any longer.
 It is simply not correct for my intended goal.  Configure completes,
but it's looking for all the gcj pieces, the five jars, etc., which I
have in place.  There's no way around the gij check.
