1.9 has now branched

Patches to HEAD will now form part of the IcedTea6 1.10 release series.

Current blockers before release:

PR398: http://icedtea.classpath.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=398 (SPARC build)

The release will proceed once all blockers are fixed.
