1.4 doesn't sound right, that's from October 2007.  Are you sure you have
the right version number there?

I assumed you'd just use OpenJDK7 directly (from
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk7/jdk7) not via IcedTea.  Sorry, should
have been explicit on that.
