Backport S6438179 from openjdk6 to icedtea6-1.9

Hi,

I would like to backport the fix for S6438179: 
"XToolkit.isTraySupported() result has nothing to do with the system 
tray" [1] from openjdk6 to icedtea6-1.9. This fixes RH569121.

Any concerns?
