RFC: Patch to fix rhbz# 560193

Hi,

I hastily (and mistakenly) committed this patch to the branches before
posting it here. Attaching it now. If there are any objections, I will
back out the changes.

    * netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/runtime/JNLPClassLoader.java
    (activateJars): Process nested jar only if size > 0 bytes.
