Please try the installation instructions I currently have in the BLFS
book prior to asking for support.
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/svn/general/icedtea6.html  If
you are building from head, you will not need the testsuite fixes patch,
nor the upstream fixes patch (to bootstrap using an existing IcedTea
installation). I'll be updating the version in the book as soon as I
finish with Trinity (~2 weeks).

Additionally, prior to asking for support from the project maintainers
on a development list, please do try the {,B}LFS support lists. If you
do not wish to subscribe, there is a news interface available via GMane.
