Fixing undefined ia64_double_zero

Hi Bob,

Apologies for the slow reply.  I've tried building this a couple of
times now, but I've not been able to because the JAXP download isn't
working.

Having said that, it should work.  Your patched version is what we've
had in IcedTea for some years.
