On Debian, the chinese font path is
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/arphic/ukai.ttc, but in
fontconfig.Ubuntu.properties.src it is
/usr/share/fonts//truetype/arphic/ukai.ttf.
In addition, on Debian, if there was no fontconfig.Debian.properties.src,
which file would be read as config, fontconfig.Ubuntu.properties.src or
fontconfig.properties.src or some other?
