FYI: Backport langtools VERBOSE patch

Hi,

This backports the langtools VERBOSE patch from Andrew Hughes to
icedtea6. With this you can now also do "make VERBOSE=true" and get lots
of extra build details. Which will hopefully help getting to the bottom
of some strange build failures in some esoteric environments.
