Plugin crashes with Xulrunner 1.9.2/libpng/libjpeg

This one should be rather easy - see the attached patch we use in 
Gentoo. Seems there are no incompatible changes in jpeg-8 (similar patch 
also worked for jpeg-7), there just has to be the right version specified.
