Normalisation of whitespace

Kelly supplied a very useful script
(http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/jdk6-dev/2009-September/000785.html)
for normalising whitespace. It is necessary to have your sources
normalised in this style when committing to OpenJDK to avoid invoking
the wrath of jcheck. I also used it recently to normalise the netx
sources, so my own netx patches didn't include unnecessary whitespace
changes.
The archive doesn't seem to have retained the script, so I'm attaching it here.
Thanks again to Kelly and the original script authors,
