New regression test for IcedTea

Hi,

is it possible to push this patch to IcedTea6 repository? It's new 
regression test which check if cacert file is created correctly.

I think this patch should be backported also to icedtea6-1.6 and 
icedtea6-1.7 because it is unlikely it break anything :-) and it is 
quite important.
