[icedtea-web] RFC: use browser path from configuration

Hi,

The attached patch integrates the browser path selection and usage into 
the netx DeploymentConfiguration.

ChangeLog:
2010-11-05  Omair Majid  <omajid at redhat.com>

     * netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/runtime/DeploymentConfiguration.java:
     Add KEY_BROWSER_PATH.
     (loadDefaultProperties): Use KEY_BROWSER_PATH.
     * netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/services/XBasicService.java
     (initialize): Use the browser command from the configuration.
     Save updates to configuration as well.

Any thoughts or comments?
