I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean.
 The checkboxes are not being checked or unchecked when clicked upon?
 Or did you mean when selecting a row which contains a checkbox, it doesn't get
toggled?

Running your reproducer does not seem to show me the issue you are having.
(Reproducer has no checkboxes..)
