I have a minor concern about this patch: this test checks for a crasher 
and if the bug exists, it will take down the jtreg vm (and the entire 
test run). You should probably add the /othervm option to this test to 
make sure this test runs in a separate vm.

Other than that, the patch looks fine to me.
