Question about IcedTea6 1.9.7 + Webstart (NetX) + OSGI

Gladly, but where do I report the bug? bugs.openjdk.java.net or 
bugreport.sun.com ? Sun's bug report's page is far too limited (no 
attachments) to create a test case, since multiple techniques are 
involved, which need multiple files (JNLP, Java and OSGI libs or at 
least references to them).
