Hi Sebastian, i have not been able to reproduce this bug using
xerxes at xerxes-J464X:~/Hämtningar/yuicompressor-2.4.2$ java -version
java version "1.6.0_20"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.9.7) (6b20-1.9.7-0ubuntu1)
OpenJDK Server VM (build 19.0-b09, mixed mode

My best advice to you are to update the openjdk package in your centoss
distribution to a more recent verstion as I belive the bug you are observing
allready have been fixed when using a more recent hotspot.
