IcedTea7 bumped to b130 - PLEASE TEST

IcedTea7 is now using b130, the Developer Preview release of OpenJDK7.
This is the one I intend to use in the release of IcedTea7 1.14.

Please test and report bugs using IcedTea bugzilla:

A release date will be announced once it feels close to being ready to ship.
