RFC: Port libpng1.5 support to icedtea7

Hi,

The attached patch for icedtea7 forest (jdk repo) adds support for 
building with libpng 1.5. It is based on the g356743-libpng-1.5.patch 
file in icedtea6.

Okay to commit?
