Reviewer needed: Use of correct path to excludelist.jdk.jtx in IcedTea6 HEAD

Hi,

here's another attempt to fix "absolute/relative JTreg path" issue. It's based
on Andrew's and Matthias's suggestion (TYVM) and it's been tested for target:

make check -k
and
make dist
too (in case of "make dist" the tarball contains "src/jtreg" directory too).
