RFC: VisualVM Harness 1.1 Release

I'd like to release an updated version of the VisualVM Harness, 1.1.
There have been a number of changes in the repository since the 1.0
release:

* Support for VisualVM 1.3.1

* Make VisualVM work outside the JVM directory structure
so builds work with configuration files in /etc and libraries in /usr/lib.

it in the correct location under $(datadir)/applications.

Does anyone have any further patches they'd like to see in 1.1?
If there are no further comments, I'll make the release tomorrow evening
(Tuesday, 11th of January) at around 18:00 UTC.
