[RFC][icedtea-web] - include stdout/stderr of tests output into report xml

For now, stdout and stderr of tests output are stored in separate files lying beside report xml. I would like to include them into xml report itself.
I have been heavily disappointed  with sed (sedding sedded commands for sed), so I want to introduce similar class as here:

In case it can go in, then I would lie to return to this "Generating about, authors... from NEWS, AUTHORS...." and use this class also for this purpose.

Any opinions? Disapproved in concept?
