Well, it's a good idea to move all test-related patches to a special
subdirectory inside ./patches. Andrew, what do you think about it? We
already have special subdirectory for various JDK subsystem patches.

I'd like to separate just JTreg tool from IcedTea repository, but the
tests and their patches will be still part of IcedTea (or specifically
OpenJDK, they are contained in the same tarball as OpenJDK sources).
