[RFC] debugable reproducers

I had an idea, to add debug opinion into reprodcuers engine. If it will be true,  then reproducers will not be lunched by os by javaws shell script, but by new classloader which will execute Boot class of netx.jar which will lunch (maybe not properly) but I believe  perfectly debugable reroducer+netx in IDEs. Possibility to step over code can help us a lot, but chance that it will not be run correctly (because of shared JVM) make me unsure of whole this approach.
Any opinions?
