Reviewer needed - backport of 7047069 fix to IcedTea6 HEAD

Hi all,

I'd like to push backport of 7047069 fix into IcedTea6 HEAD. It was
checked on RHEL 5.6 x86_64.

Here's the ChangeLog:

        * Makefile.am: added new patches
        * NEWS: updated with backports
        * patches/openjdk/7047069-Array_can_dynamically_change_size.patch:
        Backport of 7047069 fix.

hg diff generated against recent IcedTea6 HEAD is stored in an attachment.

Can anyone please check this backport?
