Hi team, I have updated JamVM in IcedTea 6 and IcedTea 7 to be in sync
with the latest JamVM 2011-06-13 git revision.

All JamVM specific IcedTea patches are now merged into the JamVM git
upstream! :)


For IcedTea 7 i have also fixed JamVM and CACAO builds by fixing the
dependency chain to actually include stamps/extract.stamp before
patching.
