-ibm java 6 changed distribution - investigating possibilitu of use th 
new "packaging' (install everywhere), negotiation for keeping old tgz
- quick check for openjdk for f15 failing build  - but no cllue, not 
necessary because of upcoming icedtea 1.10 for f15
