I need to create new target to ensure that jtreg-summary.log is
generated and all testsuite processes are killed even if one of test
suite (for example "check-jdk") fail (this is now tested by grepping
testsuite result file).

The solution is to move generation of jtreg-summary.log and "testsuite
killer" to a new target from the body of target jtregcheck.
